Terms of Use
The terms that apply to this website and to booking appointments.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and your booking of services from Invigorate IV Wellness, operating as Invigorate IV Therapy. By using this website or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
2. Website content is general information
Content on this website is provided for general information only. It does not constitute medical advice, and it does not create a nurse–client or practitioner–patient relationship. See our Medical Disclaimer.
3. Eligibility and the right to decline
Services are provided only following an individualized health assessment. We may decline a booking, or stop an appointment, if in our judgement the service is not clinically appropriate. Where we decline on clinical or safety grounds, there is no charge to you.
4. Accurate information
You agree to provide complete and accurate health information during screening. Withholding relevant information may put your safety at risk.
5. Booking, pricing and payment
Prices are shown on the services section of this website and are subject to change. Listed prices do not include HST, which is added at checkout. No deposit is required to book; payment is taken at the time of your appointment. Travel is quoted based on your location and confirmed with you before your appointment is booked, so there are no surprise charges. Parking is not charged separately.
Booking is handled through a third-party platform. Your use of that platform is subject to its own terms and privacy policy.
6. Cancellations
See our Cancellation Policy.
7. Your responsibilities for mobile appointments
You agree to provide a safe, clean and reasonably private space for the appointment, with somewhere comfortable to sit or recline, and to ensure the provider can access the location safely.
8. Intellectual property
The content, branding and imagery on this website are owned by Invigorate IV Wellness and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
