Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you might want to know before your first mobile IV visit — booking logistics, safety, treatments, and payment.

Booking & Logistics

How do I book a visit?
Book online through our Square booking page — choose your drip, pick a time from live availability, and you'll get instant confirmation. Prefer to talk first? Text or call 416 522 3284 and Angela will help you choose. A brief health screening and prep instructions follow before your first visit.
Where do you serve?
Anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area — downtown, midtown, North York, Etobicoke, Scarborough, and select suburbs. Visits happen at your home, office, hotel, or event venue.
How long does a visit take?
About 45 to 75 minutes end-to-end. Standard drips run 30 to 45 minutes; NAD+ infusions run 60 to 120+ minutes depending on the dose. That includes setup, the infusion itself, and a brief post-visit check-in.
What should I have ready?
Hydrate the day before if you can. Wear something comfortable with easy arm access, and pick a spot to sit or recline — a couch, chair, or bed works. Everything else Angela brings.

Health & Safety

Is IV therapy safe?
When administered by a licensed clinician using pharmaceutical-grade ingredients, yes. A brief medical screening runs before your first visit to identify any contraindications, and Angela monitors you throughout the infusion.
Am I a candidate, and are there side effects?
Most healthy adults are candidates. If you're pregnant or nursing, managing kidney or heart conditions, or on medications with known IV interactions, Angela will review the details during intake and consult your physician if needed. Side effects are usually mild — a cool sensation during infusion, minor bruising at the site, or a temporary vitamin taste. Serious reactions are rare.
Do I need a doctor's note?
No note is required for the standard drip menu. If you're managing a specific medical condition or requesting a customized formula outside the standard menu, Angela may ask to coordinate with your physician.

Treatments

Which drip is right for me?
It depends on your goal — hydration, recovery, immunity, beauty and skin, athletic performance, or cellular health and longevity. The consultation before your first visit walks through your goals and matches you to a formula. Unsure? Book "Not sure — consult first" from the service dropdown.
Can you customize a drip?
Yes. Any of the six signature formulas can be adjusted or combined based on your intake and needs — for example, adding extra glutathione to the Recovery, or bumping the vitamin C in the Defender.

Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?
E-transfer and credit card. Insurance may reimburse part of the visit under paramedical nursing coverage — a receipt is issued after each session that you can submit to your insurer.
Are there travel fees?
No travel fee within central Toronto. A nominal fee applies for visits beyond the standard service area, quoted at booking so there are no surprises.
