Invigorate IV Wellness, operating as Invigorate IV Therapy, provides mobile IV wellness services in the Greater Toronto Area. This page explains how we handle your information.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number, email address and the address where your appointment takes place
- Health review information — relevant medical history, allergies, current medications, previous reactions to infusions or injections, and pregnancy or breastfeeding status where relevant
- Signed consent forms and clinical notes for each appointment
- Payment details, handled by our payment processor
Why we collect it
To determine whether a service is appropriate for you, to provide it safely, to schedule and confirm appointments, to take payment, and to keep the clinical records required of us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. We use these providers to run the business, each handling information under its own terms:
- Square — online booking and card payments
- Google (Gmail) — email correspondence
- Netlify — website hosting
We may also disclose information where required by law.
Tracking
This website does not use analytics, tracking cookies or advertising pixels. We do not track visitors across the web or build advertising profiles.
Keeping it secure
Access to client information is limited to those providing your care, and appropriate physical and technical safeguards are in place to protect it.
